Blue Allium HR was established in 2015 by Mary Calnan. Mary is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) as well as an accredited mental health first aider and has worked in senior HR positions across a variety of sectors for more than 20 years. During this time she has supported businesses with developing people strategies, undertaking large scale restructures, TUPE transfers and day to day employee relations issues up to and including managing Employment Tribunals - with successful outcomes. 

Working with small, medium and large businesses Mary identified the need for flexible HR support, be that on specific projects, undertaking investigations or providing outsourced HR support on a retained or ad hoc basis. HR support when you need it and when you want it.
