Recruitment
Sounds obvious but recruitment is so important for a business to ensure that the right skills are recruited for. Recruitment can take up a disproportionate amount of time so let Blue Allium take the strain.
We will work with you on the job description / role profile, link in with employment agencies if you are using them, and long list and short list for you. In addition, we will provide you with a bank of questions suitable for the role and if you plan on some form of testing we can develop exercises as part of the recruitment process. For unsuccessful candidates we will provide feedback and for those you appoint we will start the onboarding process with your business.

Redundancy
Unfortunately, at times it is necessary for a business to make an employee or a group of employees redundant. Blue Allium will work with you on the redundancy process providing support with consultation documents, drafting FAQ’s, supporting at consultation meetings and outcome meetings and developing selection criteria ensuring a fair and transparent process is followed. We also provide outplacement support in the form of support with CV’s and interviews.
